  • In 2023, a small yet dedicated group volunteers made everything EFM possible. We are incredibly grateful for the ways they consistently bring joy, creativity, and enthusiasm to our weekly operations. We couldn’t do it without them.

    Become a sponsor and help us develop a consistent and thorough appreciation program where volunteers are recognized for their contributions & have the opportunity to indulge in all the deliciousness our vendors have to offer.

  • ‘Volunteer Appreciation Program’ Sponsors will receive specific recognition on all of our volunteer communications. This includes our website volunteer page, all social media posts seeking or celebrating volunteers, and in our annual review documents.

    Additionally, different tiers of sponsorship receive recognition on our site banner, website, and annual poster.

  • EFM Society Memberships are one of the many ways that we encourage the community to participate in supporting the market. To date, an annual $30 fee entitles our members to a 10% discount on EFM merchandise and a vote at the Society AGM.

    In 2024 we are looking to grow our membership numbers significantly by adding perceived value through incentives such as member discounts with participating partners or limited edition merchandise, featuring artwork by local artists. We are seeking sponsors to cover the cost of tote bags or other merchandise or to offer exclusive discounts to our society members.

  • ‘Membership Incentive’ sponsors who offer discounts to our members will receive recognition in our membership-related communications, including your logo on both our membership and sponsors pages on our website and in social media posts and newsletter editions seeking new members.

  • Since the onset of COVID-19, our partners Iyé Herstories have seen an ongoing decline in the accessibility, affordability, and availability of nutritious and fresh food among low-income, BIPOC, and newcomer communities.

    At EFM we believe that building sustainable communities requires an ongoing commitment to increase just and equitable access to our marketplace.

    Become a sponsor and support us to increase coupon distribution amongst low-income families.

  • ‘Coupons for low-income families’ sponsors will receive specific recognition on all of promotion including all coupon-related content on our website, social media, newsletter, and annual review documents.

    Additionally, different tiers of sponsorship receive recognition on our site banner, website, and annual poster.

    This can include a logo on our website (over 2000 monthly visitors), a logo on our giant banner (displayed on-site to thousands of weekly market-goers), a logo on our annual poster (seen throughout Esquimalt), as well as an individual shout-out to our 1200 weekly newsletter subscribers.
